小动物手术保温的重要性

动物术中和术后保温是动物实验过程中的一个至关重要的环节,是否做好保温措施直接关系到实验的成败,同时也是科研工作者在进行生命科学相关研究中将实验动物伦理和福利付诸实践的真正体现,是对动物爱心的社会责任感的体现。善待活着的动物,减少动物死亡的痛苦!!!

动物手术低体温的危害
为什么需要对手术动物进行保温?

1.损害机体免疫功能,减少皮肤血流和氧供,增加伤口感染率
-
2.降低血流循环和血液指标,导致凝血发生,非常不利于血液或血流相关指标监测和测定,比如测量血流量、血压等
-
3.降低药物在机体组织中的代谢速度,影响机体代谢
-
4.延长麻醉恢复时间,可能明显增加动物死亡率
-
5.引起其他疾病的发生,比如心血管并发症
-
6.无法得到真实或接近真实的实验数据

动物手术低体温的常见原因
-
1.麻醉剂的作用:麻醉剂导致扩张血管、抑制体温调节,从而导致体温下降

2.手术室的低温环境,尤其是普通动物室实验环境

3.手术台的“冷”材质,比如不锈钢、树脂材质的台面
-
4.长时间药物注射:长时间输入与环境等温的液体,对动物体液造成“冷稀释”作用,从而导致动物体温下降

5.皮肤消毒剂的使用,尤其是裸露皮肤大面积的消毒,导致体内热量散失

长时间的手术

6.创伤较大的开胸、开腹手术,造成热量散发较多

动物手术保温的规范操作
术中
1.如果使用电热毯保温方式,切忌电热毯直接放置于不锈钢、树脂等“冷”材质手术台面,因这些材质传热会导致电热毯加热很慢甚至无法升温到预期温度;
2.除手术部位外,其他部位尽量不暴露,可以使用布巾遮盖;
3.如果是注射液体或药物,且实验时间较长,必要时,可以同时对输进动物体内的液体进行预热;
4.手术操作配合熟练,减少手术时间;
5.注意体温监测。
术后

继续将动物放于保温毯或保温台上,待动物恢复。
